Summary of Position: The primary role of a Summer Intern Office Support is to provide needed administrative support to our growing office function. Additionally, this role will include some direct support to core members as an Assistant. The office role includes general organizing, data entry, and setting up a database for our properties. This would give hands on experience in the back office of a non-profit and also some exposure to our programs through direct service. Summer Interns will share life with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and other Assistants in relationships of mutuality, support the individuals in daily life activities, and seek to live fully the identity and mission of L’Arche in the context of an intentional faith community.
