L’Arche St. Louis is a fast-growing, innovative, and relationship-based response to the challenges and opportunities of our fellow citizens who have an intellectual or developmental disability. L’Arche St. Louis has a set of residential, daytime, and outreach programs through which it impacts individual lives and the public conversation about inclusivity and belonging. Approximately 30% of its annual fund is fueled by philanthropy.
POSITION SUMMARY
- Leadership ability to take L’Arche’s current fundraising function to the next level of success by directing a combined three-year capital-operating capacity-building campaign that will launch in mid to late 2023.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of L'Arche St Louis fundraising and marketing.
- Can inspire and supervise a small team to execute agreed upon objectives.
- Confident and competent to work with people from all walks of life, especially volunteers and current and prospective major financial partners.

- This leadership role reports to the Executive Director.
- Work collaboratively with some of the best Board members and fundraising volunteers in the world!

CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, exempt
HOURS:
L’Arche offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed. Some weekend, evening, and holiday hours are required. This position will require some travel.
